Dr. JP Flores is reimagining what science can be — blending molecular biology, genomics, and advocacy to build a research culture that is both cutting-edge and community-driven. His lab explores how DNA shapes cell function and health, while advancing the idea that science should serve society through inclusion, transparency, and communication.
We partnered with JP to design a new brand and digital assets that capture this rare combination of intellect and empathy. Our goal was a brand that reflects his focus on innovation, impact, and inclusion.
Our process began with brand strategy, defining three pillars that guide his work: innovation, impact, and inclusivity. From there, we developed a visual identity that feels both forward-thinking and human — balancing the precision of scientific research with the openness of community engagement. Our team provided copywriting to express the future Flores Lab’s mission and designed website and Powerpoint templates to carry the brand forward.
The new JP Flores brand is bright, modern, and optimistic, mirroring the energy and possibility of a new generation of scientists. We’re proud to help bring Dr. Flores’s vision for science to life!

The JP Flores brand is energetic and inspiring — a visual reflection of science that’s bold enough to innovate and grounded enough to connect. The design pairs vibrant, modern colors with crisp geometric forms. Warm yellow and electric teal hues bring energy and friendliness, while deep greens add sophistication and balance.
To reflect his mission and values, we designed a brand deeply rooted in welcoming others and breaking down traditional ideas of who can be a scientist. The vibe is cool, fresh, and compelling to a new generation of scientists. All parts, from typography to logo forms, ground the central theme that science that listens is science that leads.
