The Environmental Biogeochemistry Group (EBG) is am amazing, women-led science team that studies how people change biogeochemical and water cycles in both intensively managed and remote parts of the world. Their projects are applications-inspired, co-developed with practitioners, and directly relevant to human well-being.
EBG PI Dr. Eve Hinckley has passion for fashion, and we wanted that to shine through in her brand. Our goal was to help the Eee-Bee-Gee-Bee’s (as they are known) develop a new brand and website that highlights their unique voice in science, increases visibility for their research, and showcases their collaborate approach to environmental solutions.

Elegant but playful was the driving look of this fun-loving lab. The EBG brand is kind, compassionate, and collaborative, but with a brave and joyful spirit. Beyond building solutions for global biogeochemical challenges, their lab is committed to building spaces in science that support human well-being for students, researchers, collaborators, and communities.
We wanted to reflect their values and approach with a brand that felt uniquely their own.
